We like to make things simple. The price you see posted is the price you will be charged when you purchase an item. FOR ITEMS SHIPPING WITHIN THE US ONLY. Most of our items (CDs and LPs) can be sent USPS Media Mail at a reasonably cheap rate. The down side is, it can take a week or more to get to you. US Customers who check out using Paypal will get a FREE SHIPPING UPGRADE to 1st class mail. (CD orders only).

We pride ourselves in getting your order fulfilled quickly and out the door to you. Our goal is to ship within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment. When we ship, you will be sent delivery confirmation / tracking information. Again, USPS Media Mail can take a week or more to get to you. So if you need your item quickly... please email us to discuss other shipping methods (at a nominal extra fee)

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if there is a technical issue with your CD playing, please email us and let us know. We will offer you a full refund upon return of the item.

Yes... eCrater text can be small depending on your monitor settings. If you're using a Windows based PC, just click on the Control and the (+) keys at the same time and the page will zoom in a bit. Repeat until you're happy reading about all our great products. Oh... and click Control and (-) keys simultaneously to zoom back out!

ON HOLD means the item has already been sold and is out of stock. You can email us to find out if we expect it back in stock. Several items ON HOLD items probably means our store is temporarily closed. Check the home page for store status. Thanks!

Easy. Just click on the BUY NOW button on the product listing. Your item will be added to your shopping cart. Shop some more or check out. You may use a major credit card or Paypal. If you're not comfortable with this, just email us with any questions. Thanks!

Sorry... we are not equipped to take credit card information over the phone. That's why we use the eCrater store and reliable third parties like Paypal for all orders. But if you have trouble ordering or a question you'd like to talk about, just email us using the ASK SELLER QUESTION button and we'll arrange to call you, if you'd like.

Yes. We ship CDs sets to these locations - but not books, records or videos. Here are the details: PAYMENT: Paypal or Credit Card purchases only. We do not accept money orders or personal checks from outside the USA. SHIPPING to the UK, AUSTRALIA or CANADA: Please click the "More Destinations" link in the listing to see your costs for First Class Mail International delivery (usually 10 to 15$ USD). Note: Import Duties Taxes and Charges are not included in the item(s) price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Thanks!

No problem. Just email us and we'll be happy to ship by Priority or Express mail. You'll just need to pay the actual additional cost. We use Media Mail because it's been dependable and cheap. But yes... a little slow.

We specialize in Reader's Digest CD sets If we don't have it, we can probably point you to it We don't sell sets if they're in poor shape. If we source a poor set, we either bring it up to good quality or we trash it. We're transparent in our descriptions so you know what you're getting We're happy to work with you on special requests, just ask.
